§ 04 — Eligibility & limits

- · Residency: Those with an Australian residential address and phone number.
- · You need to already be in Australia or arriving in the next 14 days to apply online; required documents include arrival date (must be within the next 14 days).
- · If you?re overseas but will arrive in Australia within 14 days, set up your account online in advance. You?ll get a Customer ID and Online Banking profile.
- · Verify your ID when you arrive in Australia. You?ll need ID documents, such as your passport to verify your identity at a local branch.
