How it works

Every tax, BAS, super and payroll tax due date for 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, as the ATO and the states set them, including the new Payday Super rules. Pick whether you're a business or an individual and your state, and view it by year, quarter or month.

  1. 1Select whether you’re a business or individual.
  2. 2Choose your state or territory if relevant.
  3. 3Pick your preferred calendar view: full year, quarter, or month.
  4. 4Read down the next 15 due dates, from BAS lodgements and super guarantee to payroll tax and tax returns, with what's overdue or due in the next fortnight counted at the top.
  5. 5Copy the dates you need into your own calendar: the tool doesn't send reminders or export files.

Questions people ask

What if a due date falls on a weekend or public holiday?
The ATO generally allows lodgement/payment on the next business day. Always check your specific obligations.
Can I import these dates into Outlook or Google Calendar?
Not yet. For now, copy the dates you need into your own calendar.
Does the tool update for changes in ATO rules?
Yes, updates will be reflected as soon as ATO or state authorities publish new compliance dates.
Who needs to lodge a BAS?
All GST-registered businesses must lodge Business Activity Statements quarterly, monthly, or annually depending on turnover.
Do super payments need to be received or just sent by deadline?
Received. The money has to reach the employee's super fund, not just leave your account. From 1 July 2026, Payday Super requires SG to land in the fund within 7 business days of each payday; the old 'quarterly, 28 days after quarter-end' cycle only still applies to the final FY25-26 quarter.

The terms, in plain English

BAS
Business Activity Statement: required for all GST-registered businesses.
Superannuation Guarantee
Legally required minimum super payments made by employers for employees. Paid per-payday (within 7 business days) from 1 July 2026 under Payday Super, replacing the old quarterly cycle.
Payroll Tax
A state-based tax applicable if your total wages exceed the state/territory threshold.
ATO
Australian Taxation Office: the primary revenue collection agency for the Australian Government.
