Eligibility and limits
- Minimum age 18
- Residency: All settlors, appointors and beneficiaries of the Trust must be individuals, residing in and tax residents of Australia.
- Product is available only to Trusts, incorporated in Australia, meeting eligibility criteria.
- The Trust must have an Australian bank account in its name with another financial institution.
- All trustees of the Trust must be individuals.
- Funds can only be transferred externally to the nominated linked account.
