§ 06 — Eligibility

- · GreenPower: For 2.25 cents/kWh 50% of your electricity usage is matched with electricity from Government accredited GreenPower sources
- · GreenPower: For 4.50 cents/kWh 100% of your electricity usage is matched with electricity from Government accredited GreenPower sources
§ 07 — Terms
- · Contract term: 1 yr
- · Prices variable: We may vary the Charges (including their amount, nature and structure) by notice to you at any time. The notice will be at least 5 business days prior to the effective date of the variation.
- · 10-day cooling off period
- · Billed quarterly
- · Pay by paper bill
- · On expiry: We'll give you notice before your contract ends. At the end of the contract term, we will continue to sell you energy and the terms and conditions of the Standard Retail Contract will apply, unless you tell us otherwise.
