§ 06 — Eligibility
- · Other: This plan is only available to residential customers who sign up a new supply address, agree to direct debit, eCommunications and eBilling, meet our credit eligibility criteria and have the necessary metering system configuration.
§ 07 — Terms
- · Prices variable: We will give you written notice of any variations to your rates & charges under your terms and conditions in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
- · 10-day cooling off period

- · On expiry: The agreement continues until terminated by you or us in accordance with your terms and conditions.
